Founder & Head Tea Master
Dimitri spent over a decade studying tea cultivation and ceremony in Yunnan Province, China. His deep knowledge of pu-erh fermentation and oolong oxidation guides our sourcing strategy. He leads our monthly tea tastings and certification programs, ensuring every team member and customer understands the soul of authentic Chinese tea culture.
Elena Angelova
Teaware Curator & Designer
Elena combines her background in ceramics with a passion for traditional Chinese kiln techniques. She personally vets every teapot, gaiwan, and brewing vessel we offer, ensuring each piece reflects both aesthetic beauty and functional excellence.
